Who will care for my pet?

I personally visit cats. Also, we have several other primary sitters. Your cat will not need to adjust to a new sitter with each visit. One sitter will visit for the duration of a contract.

What neighborhoods do you service?

We visit Park Slope, Prospect Heights at the moment. We are hoping to extend to Fort Greene, Boerum Hill, and parts of Cobble Hill/Carroll Gardens.

Do you live in the neighborhood?

Yes, I live in Prospect Heights, a block from Park Slope. I am within walking distance to Park Slope, Prospect Heights, Boerum Hill, Fort Greene I have lived in Brooklyn for 27 years & am familiar with all of the neighborhoods.

What are your visiting hours?

I visit between 7am - 8pm. AM visits are usually between 7am-11:30am. PM visits are usually between 3 - 7pm. If there is only one visit per day I will try and be there between 7am - 12pm. When there are 2 visits per day I try and leave 6 hours between visits. If you need another time, I will be happy to make that work. There is an after hours fee of $15 per visit.

How long is the meet & greet? Is it free?

Our first meeting is free and will take up to an hour. I want to get to know your cat & have your cat get to know me. Make sure the keys work & all of those fun things.

What if I need to cancel?

I do not charge a cancellation fee except for major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas).

When is payment due?

Payment is due on the first day of the contract.

Do you have insurance and are you bonded?

Yes, we are insured and bonded.
